Classy Tails® Pet Boutique strives to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with the product purchased, we will refund you the cost of the purchase (excluding postage).
Products must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right not to provide a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Each product has detailed measurements and we encourage customers to ensure the product purchased is suitable for their pet. Should you require assistance with selecting the right product for your pet, we are more than happy to help you make the right decision.
All items are thoroughly checked prior to being despatched. If a product is received either damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with the option of exchange or refund.
