How To Order

 

Our unique products can be ordered by either one of the below methods as each individual has their own unique preference:

1. By purchasing online within our website.  We use paypal as our payment gateway as it is one of the highest security sites worldwide.  All payments will be made over a secure encrypted connection so credit cards numbers and private details can not be stolen in transit, this is as secure as online ordering can be. 

You do not need to have an account with PayPal either.  Click on 'do not have paypal' and proceed with the payment details.  Should you need assistance please feel free to give us a call.

2. Telephone 1300 43 44 77 (standard local call charges apply Australia wide); or if you prefer a land line +613 9266 0565  or  0416 165 987 (SMS orders are also accepted).  We operate as a 24/7 business, 365 days a year.  Most people want to discuss their situation and ask us for advice on the best product for their type of pet.

3. Email us your order at info@classytails.com.au include the item, delivery address and contact phone number.

4. Direct Deposit into our CBA bank account:

Please include your name in the description field.

5.  Organise by appointment to view or pick up your desired product/s from one of our Showrooms or one of our many retailers Australia wide. 

6.  We also offer a delivery service where we assemble, train and deliver to you personally.  Normal courier charges will apply depending on your location.  This only applies for Melbourne customers.

7.  Money orders, cheques and all the other normal payment methods are acceptable.
