Classy Tails® strives to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and offer a money back guarantee.
If for some reason you wish to return and exchange a product we are happy to do so, provided it is returned within 7 days of receipt and it is in its original condition. We do reserve the right not to provide a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition. Please note, the ‘to’ and ‘from’ freight charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We encourage customers to ensure the product selected is suitable for their pet/s. Each product has a detailed description with inner carrier measurements. Please note that the carrier weight capacity does not necessarily mean it will be suitable for all dogs within this weight limit. For example, although the heavy duty 3 wheeler pet stroller carries up to 30kgs it would not be suitable for a Labrador. The stroller may carry your pet’s weight however your pet won’t fit inside comfortably.
At any stage should you require assistance with selecting the right product for your pet, we are more than happy to help you make the right choice.
Warranties: Stroller zippers and wheels have a warranty of 3 months from the purchase date whether directly purchased from us or a retailer. Frame is 1 year from purchase date. All spare parts can be purchased through us direct so please email us for further information.
Pet Loo Terms and Conditions:
All Pet Loo products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This reduces shipping costs and the end price to our customers. When buying multiple items the products will arrive separately.
The manufacturer has some Terms and Conditions which you need to be aware of when purchasing the Pet Loo products:
“All claims regarding order discrepancies, damages or faulty products must be notified to our office within 48 hours of order receipt/arrival. Any claims made after this time will not be recognised. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Freight costs are non-refundable. All efforts and procedures are taken to ensure orders are sent out correctly. We do not accept return of goods for a change of mind.”
