It is with much I pleasure that I respond
to your request for a testimonial of your canine stroller. It
has definitely had a huge impact on the life of Madeline Bourke
- my friend, Barb Bourke’s canine soul-mate of 15 years. Barb
and Madeline have an incredible relationship – which formed from
Day One when Maddie was rescued from a council skip – as an
abandoned puppy of 4 weeks.
Since that time, there hasn’t been anything Barb wouldn’t do for
‘her special girl’. So when Maddie suddenly lost the use of her
hind legs back on Australia Day this year, there was no
hesitation in sourcing your wonderful product to see if it could
restore some quality to Madeline’s life. Even though we
experienced a few teething problems with the stroller in the
early days, your understanding of the situation and the cheerful
way we resolved these minor glitches - was most professional -
and we could not recommend your product and service more highly
to future customers.
The Classy Tails Stroller has
generated great interest in the local community – Barb and
Madeline have featured twice in “The Moreland Leader” newspaper
and once in the “Herald-Sun”. Channel 9’s “Talk To The Animals”
program will air on August 15 – and just last week, Barb and
Maddie appeared on Channel 7’s Nightly News and the Sunrise
morning program. When we went to the RSPCA’s Million Paws Walk
in May, the girls were again well received and Channel 9 Sunday
News ended their bulletin with footage of them at the walk.
But I am delighted to say that purchasing your stroller has done
much more than this. Together with acupuncture sessions plus
weekly massage and hydrotherapy sessions, the stroller has
complimented a specially tailored rehabilitation program which
has recently seen Maddie ‘miraculously’ regain use of her hind
legs – so much so that she can now walk unassisted for a whole
block and run to welcome the postie every day.
As Barb has often remarked, this product has been such a godsend
and more people out there should know about it – and the
possibilities it offers to arthritic, injured and precious
canines who still want to go on walks with their loving owners
and continue to do the things that all diggetty dogs simply love
doing.

I bought a dog stroller from Classy Tails Pet Boutique for my
Mini Schnauzer, Abbey, who was paralysed in her back legs.
The right back leg is now okay but the she limps on her left leg
and has trouble walking on a leash so I bought the stroller so
we can walk up to the off leash park and she can then run around
at her own pace.
I found Classy Tails by searching the internet and then I rang
them to find out which stroller would suit my needs. They
were extremely helpful and advised me on the type of stroller I
should buy and explained to me how to order it on their
website.
Whenever I rang with a query they were only too pleased to
help.
I am so happy with the stroller and my dog just loves going out
in it.
I have no hesitation in recommending Classy Tails to anyone who
is in need of their products.

Hi there.
In short
we are very happy with our "puppy stroller".
In our case our "puppy" is a twelve year
old terrier who loves to go for walks but runs out of puff a
long time before
our spritely two year old terrier.
So the stroller often serves as carry all
for the groceries plus puppy's transport home.
And he thinks he's pretty special in his
stroller! And it means we can go on long walks but he can
let us know when he has had enough - everyone is happy.
The product itself is of good quality and
is holding up well.

Purchasing this pram from Classy Tails is one of the best
investments I have made for my 15.5 yrs old Australian silkie
Jake. He can go on holidays with me and can come walking
anywhere in no matter what the weather is. Being old he cannot
make the big walks any more but because we have the pram he
comes too. I just fold it up put it in the car if I am
travelling so Jake never has to left at home.
I would highly
recommend Classy Tails to all pet owner as a place to purchase
your animal products. Fotini went there and beyond to insure
that Jakes pram arrived before I left for
Brisbane for Jake to see the specialist and so he
would be able to go walking when we were in Brisbane.

I
am very pleased with my pet stroller. It goes beautifully. I am
very pleased that it is big enough for my cat Tigger’s carrying
cage to fit inside so I will be able to stroll with her to the
vet (about 20 minutes walk away along quiet roads). I am going
to acclimatise her to the stroller by going for short walks and
then increase the distance (after making sure she does not get
upset).
Until I bought the pet stroller, when I took Tigger to the vet,
I had to carry her in her carrying cage to the lift and down 5
floors to ground level and then carry her in the cage through
the long garden to the kerb to wait for the taxi. I have been
finding this very difficult because I have arthritis in my hands
and she weighs about 7kg.
I will also use it for my weekly shopping trips (which include
buying 2 x 15 litre bags of cat litter).

Hope you're not
sick of the sight of my email address. I just wanted to thank
you again for everything - you went above and beyond to make
sure the parcel got here on time.
I have attached a
picture of our girls. They have had a trial run in the pram and
it seems to be the next best thing to car drives. I'll email you
a pic of them in it when I get a good shot.
Glad that the worry
was for nothing but better safe than sorry.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your
company for providing this GREAT Pram. I contacted you via
email and phone and you were great you could answer all my
silly questions and also brought a smile to my face. My
kids luv their pram and so do I. Both my kids are getting
on now they are 11years old. (dog years). My boy Jack is now
blind in one eye and dose not like crowds. So the pram has
come in handy as I just pop them in and away we go. Jack is
so relaxed he just falls asleep (think this must be a boy
thing). I have had a few comments when people first saw me
pushing the pram such as (aren't they spoiled and I would
replied NO just loved).
Thanks again for your
help not only for me but my kids keep up the GREAT work.

I started searching for a pet stroller for my Bailey (labrador
retriever) through Google and found Classytails. Within a
few hours my enquiry was answered and the customer service

The stroller is of the highest quality and even after
purchasing the product, Classytails has continued to provide
exceptional customer service. We are so happy with the
stroller that we even bought bikes to go with it so we could

Many thanks for the prompt delivery of our pet stroller for a
small schnauzer Ebby. She loves it and has already been for two
walks with our other schnauzers (they love it too!) It looks
great and suits her as she is all black. We have lined it with
sheepskin and although she cannot walk far this is truly a
blessing for us and her.
I have attached photos of Ebby, Jessie and Jasmin (who is our
first schnauzer) on the lead. I hope you enjoy looking at them
as much as they enjoy being in the stroller. Again many thanks
